About Me

Hi, I'm Jessica Brady, LCSW. I'm glad you're here! My work is centered around helping people build the emotional flexibility and resilience they need to live more authentic, fulfilling lives. I specialize in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and I’m passionate about supporting people on their journey toward self-understanding and personal growth.

Professional Development

Therapeutic stance

My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, openness, and genuine connection. I believe the heart of therapy is the relationship itself. Real change happens when you feel safe, understood, and free to show up as your full self. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out — just a willingness to be curious, honest, and human. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. This is a space where you are respected, valued, and never expected to be anything but fully you.

Clinical experience

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and school-based settings. In addition to Radical Resilience Therapy, I practice at the DBT Center of Houston. Before joining the DBT Center, I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Southern California.

Let's Chat

The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time to talk through what’s bringing you in and whether I might be the right therapist for you.
